The Summer Grill edition of 10 at Claymore’s Plates of Pleasure (till 31 August) has plenty to offer those with a carnivorous streak.

, Hot grilling action10 at Claymore has dished out tempting seafood spreads and robust Aussie favourites in previous Plates of Pleasure buffets, but is pulling out all the stops for its current Summer Grill edition with sizzling meat specials.

Sink your teeth into juicy roasts such as U.S. Petite Black Angus, Blackmore Wagyu Patty and BBQ-glazed St. Louis Pork Ribs all fired to perfection over a charcoal flame and paired with Malbec reductions, peppered gravy and Cajun-Fat Chips respectively. If you missed its previous installments, oceanic catch like the Prawn ‘Fleur de Sel’ with Mango Ensenada and Chilli-Lemongrass Drizzle, and Aussie Farm-Raised Lamb with Sweet Plum Jus are also available.

All premium grill items are accompanied by a buffet spread of hot and cold selections including live U.S. oysters, Boston Lobsters and a stocked salad bar.
