From 4 to 14 April 2017, AYANA Resort and Spa Bali’s chef I Made Arie Wahyudi will dole out time-honoured Balinese dishes for the Authentic Flavours of Bali dinner buffet at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore’s Town Restaurant.

Across the 12 savoury and sweet stations, you’ll find delicacies like king prawn Udang Kalas doused in a fragrant yellow coconut curry and Babi Guling, in which a whole suckling pig is roasted till its skin is shatteringly crisp. And of course, you’ll also be able to enjoy street food favourites such as Nasi Jenggo with braised beef, and succulent and smoky chicken, pork and squid skewers. The sweet side of Indonesian cuisine is also showcased during the sumptuous buffet, such as Jongkong Tabu pumpkin cake wrapped in banana leaves and warm, sticky Bubur Injin (black rice pudding).
