The seafood dinner buffet you can't miss

Lime Restaurant’s newly launched What the Shell! seafood dinner buffet promises a more scrumptious lineup in addition to perennial favourites such as Maine Lobster Laksa. Get hooked on delectable creations such as the Seafood Bouillabaisse, and Gratinated Escargots with Pesto Sauce. The freshest crustaceans are transformed into lip-smacking Asian dishes like Flower Crab and Shellfish Claypot Congee, and spicy Gong Bao Prawn with Dried Chilli and Cashew Nuts.

The highlight of the feast is at the outdoor barbecue station, which serves other tempting treats, including the Half-shelled Scallops and Oysters grilled in bonito soy butter. Keep your eyes peeled for the Hourly Chef’s Surprise at 7.30pm and 8.30pm, when dishes such as the Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab with Salted Egg Yolk will be served. Available every Tuesday to Sunday from 22 September to 15 October; and every Tuesday to Thursday from 17 October to 16 November. $99/adult, $59/child.
