AccorHotels has finally unveiled its two new luxury properties, Novotel Singapore and Mercure Singapore, built in the shape of the Chinese character '人' or 'person'. With customers firmly in mind, the two newly-built properties feature 772 elegant guest rooms and suites (256 from Novotel Singapore on Stevens and 516 from Mercure Singapore on Stevens), 14 dining outlets, two outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court and a function space that is large enough to accommodate 500 guests.

Here are four reasons why you should pay them a visit:

L’Apéritif Tapas Bar

L’Apéritif Tapas Bar
Set inside Novotel's sleek and elegant lobby, wind down at L'Apéritif Tapas Bar with their selection of craft beers, wines and signature cocktails while enjoying a unique selection of antipasti as well as European cheeses and cold cuts atop their white marble bar. Tea fiends rejoice, ETTE Tea has concocted a special blend of tea just for Novotel diners - Le Charme, a combination of silvertips white tea, black tea, pink rose buds, marigold & bergamot - as well as a variety of locally-inspired blends. Sit back, sip and relax. Novotel Singapore on Stevens.

Food Exchange
An all-you-can-eat smorgasbord, the Food Exchange offers a tempting fusion of Thai, Singaporean, Indian and European cuisine. Dishes are skilfully prepared using the freshest of regional ingredients at the open kitchen stations while you watch. Then wash it all down with your choice from the international wine list. Novotel Singapore on Stevens.
