Baits of Pleasure at 10 at Claymore puts the spotlight on oceanic catch such as Gratinated Chilean Diver Scallops, fresh Boston Lobsters and Live US Oysters. This semi-buffet concept is an add-on to their usual buffet offerings—instead of self-service counters, the promotion items are ordered from your server, who then serves your tasting-size portions a la minute. The best part? Orders are unlimited.

This is the shellfish-lover’s gastro-fantasy come true. The Shellfish Promotion at Kopi Tiam, which runs from 24 March to 17 April, brings to the table a selection of scrumptious shellfish such as the Slipper Lobster ($55/500g), Live Tiger Prawn ($28/500g) and Black Mussels ($23/500g). Local touches are seen: Brown Bean Chilli Sauce, Singapore Chilli Sauce, and Kopi Tiam’s signature Nyonya Sauce serve as accompanying dips.
