10 at Claymore’s ‘Pleasure of Oz’ promo combines a selection of organic, free range beef and lamb from Gippsland and Victoria with a host of modern bistro favourites.

, Morsels of meatYou don’t have to be a ravenous carnivore to appreciate a quality cut of premium meat, especially when it is bred in the lush pastures of Gippsland and Victoria Southern Australia.  Sink your teeth in unlimited servings of Gippsland Organic Angus Beef Tenderloin, Gippsland Teppan-style Angus Beef Ribeye, and other Oz-inspired creations such as Australian Free Range Volcanic Grilled Lamb T-Bone and 8-Hour Braised Kurobuta Pork Belly.

Best of all, they are served a la minute in tasting portions so you can sample a wider variety of the other premium meats on offer and still have room to tuck into the rest of the semi-buffet spread. New creations simmering over the gleaming chafing dishes include an inviting Beer Infused Oven Braised Chicken and Smoked Maple Glazed Duck Breast, while popular favourites from the seafood section—like Boston lobsters and freshly shucked oysters from France, Ireland and the United States—continue to remain available.

Available till 31 July. $55/$58 for dinner/Sunday brunch. Tel: 6831 6686 or email eat.sgo@panpacific.com for reservations. 10 Claymore Road, 2F Pan Pacific Orchard.
