Tin Hill Social will play host to a Four Hands collaboration between its executive chef Michael Lewis and Australian master forager Elijah Holland. The dinner menu will feature ingredients sourced from within a 51km radius of the restaurant, gathered personally by Holland. This will include locally sourced salt hand-harvested from leaves of mangroves as well as meats and vegetables from neighbouring farms. With Lewis at the helm of the kitchen and Holland selecting the ingredients, diners can expect an exquisite five-course signature creations dinner ($100). A selection of organic wines from Australia and New Zealand can be paired with the dishes ($45). Three nights only from 29 September to 1 October. 100 Turf Club Road. Tel: 6466 0966
