Friends of Prego: Italian Collaboration Dinner in Two Chapters by Prego and Bene Italian Kitchen

Italian indulgences take centre stage in the new Friends of Prego collaboration dinner series by Prego at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. Inaugurating the series is an Italian garden dinner, with the first evening hosted at Prego and the second at Bene Italian Kitchen, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, uniting two talented chefs, Michele Antonucci and Vinsensius Aditantra.

Unfolding over two chapters, each night offers a distinct ambience, capturing the individual charm of both restaurants. Don’t miss a curated selection of fine vintage wines from Ethica Wines for a perfect pairing with each course to elevate the culinary experience.

Renowned for its warm, Southern Italy-inspired setting, Prego is an all-day dining venue serving authentic Italian cuisine, cocktails, and wines. Its relaxed ambience, airy interiors bathed in natural light, and lush garden–home to the popular Prego Brunchissimo Sunday brunch–make it ideal for any occasion. Driven by a passion to bring the true taste of Italy to the table, the Prego and Friends series was created as a platform for chef-to-chef collaborations, each infused with genuine Italian charm.

In the first chapter of the collaboration, Prego’s chef Antonucci will welcome chef Aditantra of Bene Italian Kitchen to his culinary den, where the two will work hand in hand to craft a four-course Italian menu with thoughtfully paired wines. Guests can anticipate an al fresco dinner beneath the stars on Friday, 30 May 2025, where every table is set to be adorned with Italian indulgences.

For the second chapter of the collaboration, the dinner moves to chef Aditantra’s culinary nest at Bene Italian Kitchen at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort, offering an oceanfront evening where traditional Italian cuisine is presented with a modern flair.

Taking place on Friday, 6 June 2025, this continuation of the Prego and Friends four-hands wine dinner showcases a five-course Italian menu, reflecting both the heritage and inventive spirit of the two culinary maestros.

Both parts of Friends of Prego collaboration dinner at Prego, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali and Bene Italian Kitchen, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort are available to book at Rp1,200,000/person (Rp2,000,000/person for a booking of the two events). Starting from 6pm, each dinner offers limited seating, and guests are strongly encouraged to reserve in advance.
