Here’s where you can indulge in a four-hour seafood feast

One Farrer Hotel & Spa’s Escape Restaurant & Lounge has launched a decadent seafood dinner buffet filled with the freshest catch and we are hooked.  She11 We Seafood Spread is a four-hour dining experience that offers 11 ocean gems like New Zealand and Canadian oysters, Chilled Oysters, Snow Crabs, Australian Yabbies, Half Shell Sea Scallops and Sweet Sea Prawns. Enjoy these seafood at your own pace, but remember to make a beeline for the live stations that include a Seafood, Sushi and Sashimi on ice showcase, and Braised Seafood with Crab and Glass noodles. Even their desserts are seafood-themed as well: Star Fish Glazed Cream Puff, Turtle on Sandy Beach Apple Crumble and the delectable Mini Sea Shell Madeleines. Available from 4 May to 3 June. $78/adult, $39/child. Every four diners enjoy the buffet at $280, inclusive of a complimentary glass of housepour wine per diner.
