Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta's Paulaner Bräuhaus offers an Oktoberfest package comprising authentic German beer, food and music.

The Oktoberfest season has arrived in Jakarta. Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta seeks to spread this festivity in the capital by presenting authentic Bavarian beer and cuisine at one of its outlets, Paulaner Bräuhaus Jakarta. Located adjacent to Grand Indonesia Shopping Town, the restaurant is known for its small-scale crafted beers and hearty German fare.

The restaurant is organising Oktoberfest in Jakarta from 27 September to 6 October, featuring an exclusive Oktoberfest Bier sourced directly from Munich as one of its highlights. The festival beer is distinguished by its thicker texture and stronger flavour, giving you an authentic taste of the German brew. To kick off the festivities, hotel general manager Harald Fitzek tapped the first keg of this exclusive drink.

The beer is served alongside traditional Oktoberfest favourites, including Wurst Sausages and Pork Knuckles, which come with a selection of freshly baked pretzels and cold cuts. While enjoying the food and the drink, guests would get deeper into the Bavarian mood thanks to the music played by Edelweis Power, an Austrian band which plays traditional songs from the Southeast Germany state.

“We are excited to welcome our guests to this year’s Oktoberfest, which we have tailored to be even more immersive and authentic. We have worked diligently to bring a piece of Bavaria right here to Jakarta, offering an  experience that is both traditional and memorable,” said the hotel’s food and beverages executive assistant manager Naci Kusadali.
