Kaoru, who happens to be the principal of Yamato Noodle School (one of Japan’s most popular schools) will conduct a one-day seminar at The Eureka Cooking Lab on 27 April, delving into the often guarded, esoteric intricacies of noodle-making. Hiromi Matsubara, chief instructor of the same famed institution, will also be present till 29 April to deliver lessons on cooking techniques and dish presentations. It won’t just be theory-heavy sessions – participants will also get hands-on experience with advanced, state-of-the-art machines. Attendance fees from $120 per person for one day.
