The Tiger Prawn Risotto was luxuriously embellished with a velvety courgette puree and an addition of pistachios, offering a delightful crunch and a subtle nuttiness that perfectly complements the richness of the prawns. Behold the Charcoaled Wagyu, an extraordinary creation that showcased a tender slice of Wagyu, seared to perfection, adorned with delectable shiitake mushrooms, and enticing the palate with its umami-rich depths.
