On 23 and 24 October, they'll join hands to showcase vibrant Malaysian cuisine at E&O (Eastern & Oriental) Jakarta, which Bali-based Meyrick heads. Friday's programme will be an intimate dinner from 7pm; while Saturday's live cooking show will see the energetic chefs crafting delectable dishes from 11am.
