The event features the esteemed Andri Dionysius, chef patron of MDA Restaurants, who will introduce the vibrant and diverse flavours of the Mediterranean in the heart of Ubud. Expect the harmonious fusion of Uma Cucina’s Italian-inspired ambiance with Animale Restaurant Jakarta’s innovative dining experience.

Dionysius’ progressive approach has fundamentally reshaped Jakarta’s dining landscape by guiding the culinary renaissance within the realm of MDA Restaurants. Uma Cucina and Animale Restaurant Dishes

The event promises a gastronomic adventure, commencing with a trio of appetising treats: Foie gras, Frog Legs, and Clam. The palate is then treated to the warmth of Beetroot & Goat as starters, paving the way for the main courses: Mallo + Marrow (grilled kinmedai, Sardinian malloredus, roasted bone marrow), Tur-Duc-En (all’assassina pasta with a symphony of turkey, duck, chicken, and straciatella), and Tail + Tail (Wagyu chuck tail, pistachio hummus, baharat jus, oxtail shawarma, tzatziki, zhoug, and pita). The journey concludes on a sweet note with the renowned ‘Oops Cheesetart’ (a fusion of Camembert and Malto D’Orzo Cheese).
