Maya Resorts welcomes one Michelin-starred chef Eric Boutte
Maya Resorts has invited Eric Boutte, chef-owner of one Michelin-starred L’Aubergade in Dury, France, to craft an exceptional six-course feast at two of its resorts in Bali. On 10 June (Maya Sanur, Rp550,000/$57) and 14 June (Maya Ubud, Rp660,000/$69), Boutte will be preparing his signature dishes like The Crab & The Pumpkin, crab cannelloni served with delicate pumpkin crustacean jelly and yam and butternut salad; The Tuna, The Beet & The Parsnip, seared tuna slices with drizzled with cream of parsnip, paired with multi-coloured beets, and crunchy cuttlefish ink chip; and The Salmon accompanied with cream of Vitelotte (blue-violet potato) and crunchy zesty cabbage.
