Look no further than The Beach Grill, a beachfront restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, for an elevated grilled seafood and meat dining experience in Nusa Dua.

Nusa Dua’s white sand beach and calm blue waters are the backdrop of a meal at The Beach Grill at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. Open daily from noon to 10.30pm, the beachfront restaurant has always been known for its grilled seafood menu. However, the new menu takes it up a notch and offers heightened innovations to satisfy the well-travelled guests’ gourmet appetites.

By using the state-of-art Josper charcoal grill oven, chef de cuisine I Gede Angga Suarthama and team have come up with a stellar menu that pays tribute to the archipelago’s fresh ingredients while showcasing the highly coveted grill oven’s ability to coax the best flavours out of the premium meats and seafood produce.

The Beach Grill Nusa Dua’s new menu

Unsurprisingly, the restaurant’s dining room, with its wide-open windows and gentle sea breezes, is popular for leisurely meals. Be it a boisterous lunch with a bottle of chilled rosé or a romantic dinner for two, The Beach Grill has hosted countless memorable feasts with its signature impeccable service.

The new menu is simply separated into appetisers, soups, mains, seafood, vegetarians, dessert, and a dedicated selection of Josper-grilled fare. For lunch, guests will do well by starting with refreshing dishes such as Local Burrata and Tomato and Watermelon Gazpacho. As mains, guests can opt for a grilled fillet of barramundi, sea bass, snapper, or salmon from the seafood selection. Every dish comes with a serving of crispy layered potato and pickled cucumber.

From the vibrant Butternut Squash with peri peri sauce, caramelised hazelnut, and feta salad to a Pan Fried Kinugoshi Tofu with eggplant, sweet potato chips, and miso foam, vegetarians and plant-based aficionados will also find the new menu vibrant and nourishing.

The beachfront grill restaurant in Nusa Dua takes extra pride in having curated beef and lamb selections for discerning meat lovers on the menu. Be it for lunch or dinner, rest assured that the US Rib Eye, Angus Stockyard Tenderloin, or Wagyu T-Bone MB6+ will be cooked to perfection every time.
