For starters, the Truffle Pao with Short Ribs Stuffing – a perfect marriage of French ingredients and local techniques – will set your mouths watering with its fluffy black buns and smoky truffle paste. Those with a sweet tooth can go for the White Chocolate and Yuzu Crémeux – a delicate balance of sweet and invigorating citrus – to end off the meal.
