Dishes include Nasi Goreng Babi (fried rice with sausages, bean sprouts and field mushrooms), Ayam Betutu KlungKung (slow-roasted baby chicken filled with mixed Balinese spices), Gado-Gado (garden vegetable salad soaked in sweet and savoury peanut dressing) and Bubur Sum Sum (Balinese rice flour custard, fresh coconut cream and palm sugar syrup). Expect locally sourced produce and tropical ingredients such as Jatiluwih Heirloom Rice, Amed Sea Salt and Singaraja Lapciong, sweet and savoury hand-made sausages and sun-dried for seven days.
