Lion X: New Chinese Restaurant in Bali

Deriving its inspiration from lion dance, Lion X offers a modern Chinese restaurant experience in Nusa Dua. Nestled within Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort, it is open for lunch and dinner. Find cosy indoor and outdoor dining areas as well as a private dining room to celebrate your special occasion. Vibrant green and red colours imbue the interior with liveliness, easily accommodating up to 114 guests for a memorable dining experience. 

Led by chef Alex Kuan, find a tapestry of flavourful Cantonese and fiery Szechuan cuisine on the menu. From handcrafted dim sum selection to live seafood specialties, you will find plenty of appetising options for a meal with your family or friends. Pair the dishes with Lion X’s signature tea cocktails such as Disco Dragon or Canton Tea Party to complement the meal.

Start with Steamed Prawn Dumpling in Fragrant Szechuan Mala Sauce and Crispy Salmon Fish Skin with Golden Salted Egg Yolk as appetiser. Alternatively, have a pot of oolong tea with Scallop Dumpling with XO Sauce and Xia Long Bao to build up the appetite. 

The signature mains include an interactive 8 Treasures Flame Chicken, Roasted Duck with Plum Sauce, Braised Whole Australian Abalone with Seasonal Vegetables in Oyster Sauce, Steamed Grouper from the live fish selection, and Steamed Hokkaido Scallop with Minced Garlic Butter and Glass Noodle. 

No meal is complete without rice or noodles. Opt for the whimsy Flying Crisp Noodle with Seafood & Egg Gravy and Crab Meat Seafood Fried Rice to complete the meal. Lion X is open daily for lunch (12pm – 3pm) and dinner (6pm-10.30pm).
