Highlights are Champagne-Poached Lobster, Pan Seared Foie Gras, Porchetta Romana, Lemon and Oregano Lamb Shank, as well as Mont Blanc to end the dinner on a sweet note.

Take your loved ones to enjoy a flavourful dinner while being entertained by kids’ carols from Klungkung Children Orphanage and a live music performance by the Soundscapes Quarter. The Christmas Eve at Sanje Restaurant: Dining Under the Stars starts at 6pm until 10pm and is priced at Rp990,000++/person.

New Year’s Eve Dinner and Party: Havana Nights

Don your dancing shoes and sultry dresses for the evening of 31 December because Seminyak is about to get hotter with the New Year’s Eve Dinner and Party at The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa. The Havana Nights theme is translated into a Havana Buffet Dinner at Santan Restaurant and a beachfront party featuring the Salsa Nova Five Piece Band to keep you dancing until the countdown.

The Havana Buffet Dinner (Rp2,500,000++/person) features a cornucopia of Cuban-inspired fare, seafood on ice, live carving and pasta stations, and sweet treats. From Ensalada de Aguacate Cubana to Ropa Vieja, satiate your appetite with delicious food and bubbles. The dinner starts at 8pm until 10pm, inclusive of a free entry to the countdown party.

Then, make your way to the beachfront infinity pool at 9.30pm for a seductive Havana Night celebration where dancing, songs, and good times are guaranteed. End the year with salsa dancing, a DJ performance, and a spectacular fireworks countdown. The New Year’s Eve Party ticket is priced at Rp800,000++/person, inclusive of a choice of one alcoholic drink.
