Fret not if you missed this. On 28 October, Septoadji will head to Padma Resort Ubud, where he will share his recipes at another cooking demonstration from 3pm to 5pm, which will be held at the Ballroom Foyer. Thereafter, participants will be taken on a tour to the resort’s own three-hectare Agro Forestry garden, where some of the ingredients are harvested. At 6.45pm, proceed to The Puhu Restaurant and Lounge, where Septoadji and Padma Resort Ubud’s executive chef, Ketut Sumerta, will team up to craft an array of Javanese and Balinese dishes with an international flair. This culinary experience is available at Rp450,000/person. Tel: +62 361 752 111 Padma Resort Ubud Banjar Carik Desa, Puhu, Payangan, Ubud – Bali 80572
