If your idea of a weekend family meal involves a round table with Lazy Susan and all-you-can-eat dim sum, book a table at Bai Yun. The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s Chinese restaurant just launched a family-friendly Saturday Dim Sum Brunch that allows you to eat and spend the rest of the day to use the resort’s facilities.
Available from 12pm to 4pm, savour 28 hand-made dim sum selection, including gluten-free options. Start with a nourishing ginseng herbal chicken soup or jump straight to the entrée and chef’s signature dim sum. Dim sum lovers will find refined takes on the classics, be it the prawn har gow, lo bak gao or chicken feet. Vegan options are also available in dishes such as mushroom shumai and vegetable spring roll.
Roasted duck, crispy pork belly, soft shell crab with salted egg, and black pepper wagyu beef are served for a wholesome dining experience. End the meal with a serving of custard bun, accompanied by a pot of Dammann’s Dark Tea Pu-Erh Cang Yuan Tea.
Prolong the leisurely Saturday by the resort’s beach, where you are more than welcome to use the beach and main swimming pool facilities. Access The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s 60-metre swimming pool with the family and let the kids have a splashing fun day.
Bai Yun’s Saturday Dim Sum Brunch is priced at Rp468,000++/adult and Rp188,000/child age seven to 12 years old. Children below seven years old dine for free.
