Go to Gggola
Put a chef from India and another of Peruvian-descent in a kitchen together and you can expect to taste a diverse combination of flavours.
It gets even more interesting – these chefs have adopted Thai and Spanish cuisines into the mix. On 29 August, Saturday, chef Daniel Chavez of OLA Cocina Del Mar will host Gaggan Anand of Asia’s Best Restaurant, Gaggan, for the first tapas lunch of its kind. Guests are encouraged to mingle with the chefs and enter the kitchen to watch their food being prepared. Anand is said to be travelling with his entire crew including his bartender, so expect the drinks and service to be on par with the food. 12.30pm to 6pm, $150, additional $70 for specially created cocktails, Champagne and wines.. #01-06, 12 Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3.
