A taste of Tochigi at Fat Cow
Chef Seiichi Shinbo brings Tochigi to Singapore with his eight-course dinner.
It’s still not too late to make a reservation at Fat Cow for a taste of culinary specialities from Tochigi, a landlocked prefecture in the Kanto region. The head chef of Gina Tochigi Chalte Restaurant at Tokyo, Seiichi Shinbo, will be taking over Fat Cow’s kitchen from 27 to 29 October. Shinbo was selected to be part of Good France in 2015 and 2016 as a result of his take on Tochigi dishes with a European spin.
