Hashida Sushi launches Toki
With its limited counter seats, premium seasonal produce and pampering service, dining at Hashida Sushi always feels like an exclusive experience.
The omakase restaurant has recently opened a new private fine dining space, Toki, located within the premise for guests who want to stay further away from prying eyes.
Toki is separated from the main dining area by walls of bamboo – the material is a nod to chef-owner Kenjiro Hashida’s Japanese heritage and a sign of prosperity and purity. Perfect for a group of four to six guests, the dining tables are arranged to keep you close to the master chefs as they expertly serve show-stoppers such as otoro for a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and Fish Noodles in Superior Dashi. #04-16, Mandarin Gallery, 333 Orchard Road.
