Chris Salans Spice-d up Bali with his restaurant
Chris Salans’s Spice shakes things up with its collaborations and new menu announcement, keeping diners coming back for more surprises.
Chris Salans, founder and chef of Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique, is bringing his flair for marrying French cooking with Indonesian ingredients from Spice in Ubud to Sanur. The gastro-bar features counter seats that face the kitchen (where the magic happens) and a private room to dine in seclusion. Salans has also started a collaboration with SKYY vodka, for Cocktails on the Go, which takes place every Saturday. You can expect cocktails such as Spice Kalamansi. When you are done with drinks, head over to Spice Sanur for its All Day Special, which is a four-course set menu that features Tuna Tataki with Sambalkecicang and Tempe Crackers, Slipper Lobster cooked with curry leaf butter and served with tempe, and Char-grilled Ginger Soya Beef with locak kluwek purée, local mushrooms, and rawon-infused glaze. Jl. Danau TamblinganNo.140, Sanur, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
