Savour signature eats such as grilled Australian Tomahawk steak and rolled flank steak stuffed with octopus, baby spinach and dried cranberries at the carving station, and fill up on Canadian lobsters, snow crabs, Alaskan king crab, fresh oysters and other molluscs served on ice.
