Nusantara Food & Hotel Expo 2025 to Spotlight Collaboration and Innovation in F&B and Hospitality

Scheduled to take place from 3–6 July 2025 at ICE BSD City, Nusantara Food & Hotel Expo (NFH) 2025 will serve as a major hub for industry players in Indonesia’s food, beverage, and hospitality sectors. The event is set to attract over 100 exhibitors, ranging from F&B producers and kitchen equipment providers to hospitality service companies, all showcasing their products and innovations to local and international audiences.

Backed by respected associations such as the Indonesian Chef Association (ICA), Indonesian Hotel General Manager Association (IHGMA), and Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI), the event underscores its credibility as a platform for professional networking and trend exchange.

NFH Expo 2025 will also feature expert-led talks, cooking demos, and panels covering key topics like operational efficiency, food hygiene, halal certification, and sustainable product development. Visitors can expect appearances by culinary icons including chef Sisca Soewitomo and chef Yongki.

Two partner events will run in tandem: Nusantara Culinary Week and FnB Franchise Indonesia. These collaborative showcases aim to highlight Indonesia’s culinary heritage and support the development of local franchise opportunities.

Hall 3 will host several high-stakes competitions, including Foodtouristic for hot kitchen and pastry chefs, and the ICC West Region qualifiers featuring the Indonesia Barista Championship and Indonesia Cup Tasters Championship. Organised by SCAI, these contests aim to raise industry standards and spotlight emerging talent.
