As Jakarta settles into October, The St. Regis Jakarta is filling its calendar with a series of culinary and wellness experiences that span leisurely brunches, seasonal afternoon tea, specialty coffee, guest bartending, and restorative spa rituals. Running throughout the month, the hotel’s latest activations invite guests to experience different facets of the property, from Bel Étage and Rosé Gourmand Deli to The Drawing Room, The St. Regis Bar, and The St. Regis Spa.
The month begins with a refreshed Weekend Brunch at Bel Étage, available every Saturday and Sunday. The familiar brunch has been reimagined with new interactive stations, placing greater emphasis on Indonesian flavours alongside a build-your-own pasta station. Freshly shucked oysters, premium carving selections, the restaurant’s signature Cheese Room, and tableside servings of lobster and wagyu beef continue to define the experience, creating an afternoon that unfolds course by course rather than all at once. Guests are also welcomed with a refreshing glass of traditional jamu, adding a distinctly local touch to the international spread.
Later in the month, Bel Étage welcomes Chef Freddie Salim of Silk Bistro for An Asian Affair on 24 and 25 October. Drawing on experience gained in Sydney and some of the city’s leading restaurants, Chef Freddie presents contemporary interpretations of familiar Asian flavours, balancing technical precision with the comforting tastes that have long defined the region’s cuisines.
October also marks World Coffee Day at Rosé Gourmand Deli, where coffee takes centre stage through a month-long menu celebrating single-origin Bali Natural beans from Tanamera Coffee. Among the highlights are the elegant Mont Blanc, finished with a rich layer of cream, and Café Noir, combining coffee, vanilla cheesecake, dark chocolate, and delicate crunch into a dessert inspired by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.
Across the lobby, The Drawing Room introduces a new chapter of its House of Astor Afternoon Tea. Inspired by the world of haute couture, Executive Pastry Chef Kevin Lee presents pastries that echo the journey from sketch to finished garment, translating fashion, texture, and craftsmanship into edible creations that are as visually expressive as they are refined.
Cocktail enthusiasts can look forward to Raising The Bar on 15 October, when Nikhil Rathod, Corporate Mixologist of Mumbai’s Late Checkout, takes over The St. Regis Bar for one evening. His guest shift brings inventive Asian-inspired cocktails and contemporary techniques to Jakarta, continuing the bar’s programme of international collaborations.
Completing the month’s programme is the Luxe Ritual at The St. Regis Spa, a 90-minute treatment combining a relaxing massage with a Sothys Sensations Orientales body scrub. Designed to release tension while restoring balance, the experience provides a quieter counterpoint to the hotel’s busy culinary calendar.
Together, the October activations showcase the breadth of experiences available throughout The St. Regis Jakarta. Whether gathering for brunch, lingering over afternoon tea, discovering new coffee creations, enjoying an evening of world-class cocktails, or simply taking time to unwind at the spa, guests will find a calendar that celebrates both indulgence and thoughtful hospitality.
