Sizzling Kelong with Chef Tan Yong Hua from Pearl River Palace Restaurant
Guests are whisked away to a kelong off the island shore to fish for live seafood. Chef Tan will teach different grilling techniques for the day’s catch while preparing a tantalising seafood dinner.

Sanelli will be teaching you how to make canapes featuring foie gras, summer truffles, porcini mushrooms, and salmon . You will be served these bite-sized delights and lots of Champagne.

Song of India with chef Milind Sovani (Song of India Restaurant)
Sovani will take guests through a heritage tour of Little India to pick up aromatic spices before heading back to the Song of India for an interactive cooking demonstration. The afternoon ends with a sumptuous lunch.
