Chorizo in white wine stew
Serves 6 Prep time 5 minutes
Cook time 20 minutes
150ml white wine
4 cloves garlic, smashed
1 packet, chorizo Bilbao, pre-sliced
• Combine the white wine and garlic in a clay cazuela over strong fire.
• Add chorizo bilbao, leave it on high heat for 5 minutes, then switch to a low flame for another 10 minutes.
• To add a fiery kick, add some sliced chilli padi to the stew just before you turn off the fire.
