Plan a Sunday evening bursting with the taste of Japan with KO Restaurant's All-You-Can-Eat Sushi and Sashimi feast at InterContinental Bali Resort.

Starting in August, KO Restaurant at InterContinental Bali Resort beckons Japanese cuisine enthusiasts to satiate their appetites with All-You-Can-Eat Sushi and Sashimi nights. Available every Sunday from 6.30pm onwards, the famous Japanese restaurant slides its shoji doors open and serves the freshest selection of sushi and sashimi for its discerning patrons.

As the culinary den of the Japanese cuisine specialist Mitsuaki Senoo, KO Restaurant promises a spread of meticulously prepared sushi and sashimi. As always, chef Senoo and the team are eager to deliver the authentic flavour of Japan, only this time, with a renewed emphasis on the ocean’s bounty.

Guests will be served for 90 minutes as they choose their dishes. Begin the culinary journey with the light and crispy Rock Shrimp Tempura before exploring the fresh sashimi selection, featuring Tuna sashimi, Salmon sashimi, and daily Catch of the Day. For those who prefer fresh seafood slices with sushi rice, the Nigiri selection offers classic combinations such as Tuna, Salmon, White Fish, and Prawn.

The rolls menu boasts a variety of flavours and textures. From the classic California Roll with fresh crab, avocado, cucumber, mayonnaise, and tobiko to the spicy kick of the Spicy Tuna Roll with line-caught yellowfin tuna and spring onion, there is something to satisfy every palate. The Veggie Philly Roll and Crunchy Salmon Skin Roll offer delightful alternatives, with both rolls providing a satisfying crunch. Rainbow Roll showcases a vibrant combination of tuna, hamachi, and salmon, while the decadent KO Unagi Special Roll and satisfying Spider Roll are must-tries.

The Sunday All-You-Can-Eat is taking place at the Sushi Bar, which has both indoor and outdoor seating for up to 40 people. However, group reservations can opt for the Tatami Room, where the serene and traditional Japanese ambience can suit any gathering. This spacious room can host up to 20 guests and is ideal for special occasions.

The All-You-Can-Eat Sushi and Sashimi at KO Restaurant, InterContinental Bali Resort, is available in various packages. The food-only Silver package is priced at Rp650,000/person. Upgrade to the Gold package for Rp995,000/person and enjoy free-flow non-alcoholic drinks, sake cocktails, and local wines. For the ultimate experience, choose the Platinum package at Rp1,195,000/person, which includes free-flow sparkling wine in addition to the Gold package benefits. Children under 12 can enjoy a special food-only package for Rp325,000/child.
