The range of five craft spirits — Raspberry, Pink Grapefruit, Persian Peach, Elderflower, and White Rain — is the brainchild of a Belgian restaurateur and distilled from pure grains, botanicals, herbs and fruits. Lending subtle pastel hues to the classic gin & tonic and other tipples, each flavour has a distinct profile. For example, the lilac-tinted Elderflower boasts a caramel whiff at the end, while the pristine White Rain imparts spiced, herbal notes with a hint of marjoram.
