Singapore pride

What: The Singapore Takeout, is part of the Singapore International Culinary Exchange (SPICE) and is an inaugural collaboration between International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, Singapore Tourism Board (STB), and SPRING Singapore.

How: A mobile kitchen within a customised shipping container is set to travel to nine cities over the next 12 months. At each destination, our current crop of local culinary talents will work alongside celebrity chefs of each city to serve up Singapore-inspired dishes at private and public events, as well as conduct demonstrations using authentic Singaporean food products like Prima Taste and TWG tea. Each pop-up event will last for a fleeting three days.

Who: The stellar line-up includes Janice Wong from 2am:dessertbar, André Chiang from Restaurant André, Ryan Clift from Tippling Club, Malcolm Lee from Candlenut Kitchen, Armin Leitgeb from Les Amis, Willin Low from Wild Rocket, Benjamin Seck from True Blue Cuisine, Haikal Johari, winner of Channel NewsAsia’s The Perfect Meal, and Iggy’s culinary team.
