Don’t miss this exclusive wine-paired dinner at Alila Villas Uluwatu

On 19 August, the feast starts early with canapes at CIRE Terrace at Alila Villas Uluwatu.  It offers a vantage point to witness the sunset beautifully unfurls. Then, slowly make your way to CIRE restaurant where executive chef Adrian Hauenstein and his team have prepared a one-night-only six-course degustation menu to indulge your senses.

Sit back and enjoy the casual fine dining experience at the restaurant. The dinner commences at 6pm, complete with stunning views of the ocean and the resort’s pool. As New Zealand’s prominent award-winning winery, Villa Maria has been making wines for over 60 years in the country’s prime grape-growing regions such as Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay. During the special evening, guests will be treated with wines from Villa Maria’s Private Bin collection as well as its vintage Reserve range.

Garret Strange, the winery’s market manager will regale the guests about Villa Maria’s rich history, heritage and terroir. Expect Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as Tuna Tartare that goes well with the fresh herbal and tropical notes of the winery’s Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. The Spiced Slow-cooked Lamb will be paired with a Reserve Cabernet Merlot and to end the meal in a spectacular note, the chef paired Yoghurt Semifreddo with a crisp Riesling.
