An exquisite gastronomic experience exclusive for the first Saturday night of the month, Kayuputi Restaurant invites you to join their exceptional dining with Chef Andrew Walsh. The chef of one Michelin-starred restaurant will serve his signature dishes for one night only. Nestled within The St. Regis Bali Resort on the pristine beach of Nusa Dua, guests are in for an absolute night to remember.
Serving an array of cuisines with local produce from the land and the sea, The St. Regis Bali Resort’s dining attraction emphasises full-bodied tastes inspired by Balinese wisdom. This time, the restaurant is taking the guests to a greater height to experience Chef Andrew Walsh’s Irish-inspired culinary masterpieces.
Originating from Breaffy, Ireland, Chef Andrew Walsh makes it so his culinary creations can present the Irish zest. The experienced chef digs deep into his Irish roots and invents creative dishes. Combined with his passion and experience, Chef Andrew Walsh marked his culinary journey with an establishment he calls Cure Concepts.
One of the restaurants under the establishment he happens to helm and own, CURE Singapore, has been granted one Michelin star. With his forte recognised, Kayuputi Restaurant happily welcomes the chef for an exclusive evening for the guests and fervent diners to experience.
Featuring brilliant white decorations with a touch of Balinese accents, Kayuputi Restaurant present an elegant and calming atmosphere featuring the harmony of ocean breeze and wave. Guests can choose to sit at the table with a striking backdrop of the Indian Ocean and Nusa Dua Beach or sit in the show kitchen to get close to the action and observe the chefs craft the meals carefully.
The special night with Chef Andrew Walsh at Kayuputi Restaurant will feature a six-course menu delicately constructed with his immaculate and Irish heritage, a combination that will surely leave you impressed. The menu will highlight the Silver Hill Duck, Childhood Memories of Peat, and desserts by Kayuputi’s chefs.
