Designed by award-winning Indonesian architect Andra Matin with interior design by P49 Deesign, this brand new steakhouse in Nusa Dua offers a rustic Balinese-inspired ambiance dominated with wood, stone, brick, and metal. Open exclusively for dinner, it offers a range of dining selections distinguished by high-quality ingredients and meticulous preparation. Each dish is designed to highlight the natural flavours of these premium meats. Whether it is a Wagyu or Black Angus, each dish is handled with care and complemented with an array of delectable sides and sauces by the restaurant’s team of talented and passionate chefs and grill masters. The team is headed by Balinese chef de partie I Putu Adhy Adnyana, who previously worked for Bali’s finest five-starred resorts.
The restaurant classifies its highlighted menu into a number of categories. First is the Pioneer, comprising Grilled Oysters, Angus Beef Tartare, as well as the “Pata Negra” Iberico Ham. Then there is the Masterpiece, featuring the best cuts such as striploin, rib eye, tenderloin, and special cuts. The restaurant’s Smoked Slow and Low section comprises Smithfield US Pork BBQ Back Ribs with Smoked Apple Glaze and Tokusen Wagyu Beef Short Ribs.
