Take away a tiffin set for this year’s reunion dinner

Putting a reunion spread together might ordinarily mean making multiple stops at different eateries. But Red House Seafood is simplifying the process this year by offering a complete one-stop solution. The Reunion Takeaway Tiffin Set comprises a dish in each of the three layers. Unlock the bright red custom made tingkat to reveal sauted fresh lily bulbs with carrots and asparagus – a medley that remains crunchy even after a long transport haul. The second layer is filled with a myriad of seafood tossed in a Peranakan-inspired sauce while the third layer sees a 600g slab of deep-fried pork belly braised in a sauce reduced from lemon juice, fresh oranges and Chinese herbs. The entire set comes packaged with a Prosperity Raw Salmon yu sheng, steamed fried rice wrapped in lotus leaf, and mandarin oranges to see the meal from start to finish.

$188. Tel: 6336 6080 (Prinsep Street) or 6735 7666 (The Quayside)
