Trained in the art of fine Thai cuisine, the duo—sous chef of banquets and chef of ISO, the international restaurant at Swissôtel's Bangkok property respectively—is showcasing the brilliant flavours of their home with dishes like Moo Nam Tok, a grilled pork salad with ground chilli, roasted rice, mint leaves and lemon juice, and Gang Phed Ped Yang, roasted duck curry with lychees. Evergreen favourites such as Phad Thai and Fak Thong Sangkhay (steamed pumpkin custard) are also on the menu.
