Brace yourself for a captivating performance of The Harvard Krokodiloes, renowned for its signature performance that blends jazz and swing. Since their 1946 debut, The Kroks have amassed an impressive repertoire, recording over 30 albums and captivating audiences at over 200 concerts worldwide. This time, the resort offers you an opportunity to witness their legendary performance.

Welcoming the oldest and most esteemed a cappella group of Harvard University to its resort ground, the resort’s executive chef Sebastian Arnold and his team gear up to present the authentic flavours of Bali. The culinary team’s devotion to serving sustenance that utilises locally sourced ingredients is evident in a four-course tasting menu that brings the vibrant traditional flavours to stimulate your senses.

Begin the dining experience with welcome canapés and drinks, which comprises Spice Tempeh and Avocado Round, Gado-Gado Bites with spicy peanut sauce, Balinese Spice Tuna Tartare served on a crispy wonton chip, Nasi Goreng Arancini, and Gulai Ayam Vol-Au-Vent.

With your appetite awakened, the dinner progresses with a star turn of grilled Prawns with Kaffir Lime and Coconut, served with mango and cucumber salad and a drizzle of tangy tamarind dressing. The velvety Smoked Eggplant Soup will keep you warm during the event with aromatic lemongrass and ginger, garnished with toasted sesame seeds and chilli oil.

The pan-seared Duck Breast with Balinese Spices is the epitome of harmony with a complex blend of traditional spices and roasted seasonal vegetables. The sweet notes linger not only on stage with the a cappella performance but also on your table with Honey Citrus Elixir. This dessert features honey cremeux, crisp lime tuile, and pavlova stick which create a balance of sweetness and zest.

Taste the Tunes dinner will be held at Chakra Prana Ballroom at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali with limited seatings. Price starts from Rp1,200,000/person, including a welcome drink, a four-course tasting menu, free-flow water, and soft drinks.
