The St. Regis Bali Resort Hosts Special Gastronomic Affairs for the Luxury Group Dining Series

The St. Regis Bali Resort is set to participate in the Luxury Group Dining Series, scheduled for 4 – 6 October. In this prestigious series of events commenced by Marriott International’s Luxury Group, the Nusa Dua property will host sequences of gastronomic voyages, including dinner and bar takeover, featuring award-winning talents across Asia and beyond.

From September to November this year, six chosen properties in Asia Pacific have crafted experiences for the Luxury Group Dining Series. The St. Regis Bali Resort is one of the handpicked luxury hotels to host the culinary series, along with The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo; The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne; The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok; The St. Regis Mumbai; and JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach.

On this special occasion, the resort will showcase its culinary prowess at Kayuputi restaurant and The St. Regis Bar, promising remarkable dining experiences for its discerning guests.


A Michelin-starred Dinner Takeover at Kayuputi

The dining event begins at the resort with a takeover of Kayuputi restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Arne Riehn of IGNIV Bangkok, The St. Regis Bangkok. Exclusive for two nights on 4 and 5 October, the German-born chef Riehn will grace the resort with his exceptional talent, honed through his experiences as a pastry chef in renowned restaurants and his current role at IGNIV Bangkok.

At IGNIV Bangkok, Riehn and his team deliver authentic gastronomic experiences with impeccable hospitality, earning a stellar reputation as the first IGNIV restaurant outside Switzerland. The restaurant’s dedication to culinary excellence was recognised with a Michelin Star in the 2022 Michelin Guide Thailand, joining its sister restaurants Schloss Schauenstein, IGNIV St. Moritz, IGNIV Bad Ragaz, and IGNIV Zurich.

Join the exceptional dinner at Kayuputi restaurant and indulge in Riehn’s masterful creations for two nights only. Available in two seatings at 6pm and 8.30pm.


Bar Takeover at The St. Regis Bar

Taste different styles of cocktails from Jakarta, Singapore, and Bali brought by the trio mixology maestros

If one prefers to sip than nib, head to The St. Regis Bar as the resort welcomes mixologist maestros from Jakarta, Bali, and Singapore to elevate the night. From 4 to 5 October, mixologists Fahri Yusuf of The St. Regis Bar Jakarta, Shane Sta Maria of Astor Bar Singapore, and the resort’s resident mixologist Giri Asta of The St. Regis Bar will mix their unique concoctions and signature cocktails to be served with bespoke pairings.

The bar takeover nights are a one-of-a-kind opportunity to taste the distinctive styles of Jakarta, Singapore, and Bali in one place. The night starts at The St. Regis Bar from 7pm onwards.


The Astor Brunch at Kayuputi

Plan a weekend brunch at Kayuputi and indulge in chef Ardiawan’s exquisite dishes

Famed for its brunch offering, Kayuputi restaurant at The St. Regis Bali Resort whips out a special “Astor Brunch” as part of the Luxury Group Dining Series. The resort’s director of culinary, chef Agung Ardiawan, will spearhead the special affair, dishing out Pan-Asian-inspired haute cuisine with extensive wine and cocktail selections. Reflecting the Balinese adage of “Nyegara Gunung,” which translates to “from mountain to the ocean,” the brunch features local ingredients sourced from local farms and waters.

Indulge in an exquisite culinary experience at Kayuputi on 5 – 6 October, from 11am onwards. Savour an array of delectable dishes featuring wagyu, lobster, foie gras, and caviar. Pre-brunch aperitifs are available from 11am to 12pm, expertly crafted by the trio mixologists.


Beachfront Barbecue at Residences Beach and Cloud 9 Beach

Join for the barbecue finale featuring Chef Spencer Patrick’s delectable smoky creations

Experience a seaside barbecue dinner hosted by a Michelin-starred chef Spencer Patrick. With over two decades of culinary expertise, including his time in Harrisons at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas, a One Hat restaurant in the Australian Good Food Guide, chef Patrick will showcase his exceptional skills using the finest Balinese ingredients.

The Luxury Group Dining Series at The St. Regis Bali Resort culminates in this grill-filled feast on Sunday, 6 October. Enjoy craft cocktails from the trio mixology maestros to kickstart the evening from 5.30–6.30pm, followed by a smoky barbecue dinner from 6.30 – 10.30pm.
