These top-selling mooncakes from Peach Blossoms are an ode to tradition

Peach Blossoms’ White Lotus Paste mooncakes

Each year, hotels and restaurants compete to launch every imaginable variety of snow skin mooncakes. Marina Mandarin Singapore bucks the trend and sticks to the time-honoured tradition with their popular selection of baked mooncakes. Purists and those who are shopping for a presentable corporate gift for their clients this Mid-Autumn Festival can look to the signature mooncakes by Marina Mandarin’s multi-award winning Cantonese restaurant, Peach Blossoms, as well as a new flavour.

Peach Blossoms’ new Caramel Lotus Paste with Sea Salt and Macadamia Nuts

Joining the lineup is the Caramel Lotus Paste with Sea Salt and Macadamia Nuts. The richly-hued lotus paste is enhanced with sea salt and caramel, with macadamia nuts adding a textural contrast. A signature flavour is the Charcoal Black Sesame Paste with Melon Seeds and Gold Dust. A slice reveals a beautiful cross-section of obsidian-hued sesame paste peppered with white melon seeds, while the charcoal coloured exterior pops aesthetically with a sprinkle of gold dust.

Cutting down on sugar? Opt for the White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk, which comes in a miniature size.

All mooncakes are housed in an exquisite looking two-tiered ruby box

Peach Blossoms’ mooncake packaging pays nod to the popular festival with an exquisite looking two-tiered ruby box that’s perfect for gifting. Peel back the floral adorned top flap, or lift the Meritus emblem golden knob and pull out the bottom drawer to reveal four or six individually packed mooncakes. Marina Mandarin also offers a single-tiered Double Happiness box for those who prefer to purchase two mooncakes.
