The ingredient-driven simplicity of authentic Japanese cuisine is deftly translated into the menu of Nagiza Izakaya Dining. True to its name which means casual drinking place in Japanese, guests are invited to eat, drink, and unwind amid the restaurant’s contemporary setting. The main dining room is tastefully decorated with blond wood panels, Japanese artworks, and more than enough space in between tables to ensure each guest’s comfort.

There is a dedicated teppanyaki dining area where families or a group of friends will find perfect for a good time. There are three kinds of teppanyaki menus to choose from.

Fresh, locally-sourced and premium imported seafood produce is used in signature dishes such as Sushi Moriawase, Unagi Set, and Tiger Roll Sushi. Should you wish to share a meal for two persons, opt for the Chef’s Omakase set menu. It generously includes seven kinds of seasonal appetisers, sashimi, grilled Tokusen wagyu, shrimp and vegetable tempuras, rice, pickles, miso soups, and tempura ice cream and fruits as dessert.

Enhance the dining experience with a selection of sake, shochu, beer, and Japanese whisky. From traditionally-distilled Gekkeikan sake to Indonesia’s craft beers, pair the drinks of your choice with bar snacks such as yakitori.

Giorgio Italian Ristorante Pizzeria

Accessible from the main street, Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach’s signature Italian restaurant is a romantic venue for having dinner with your loved ones. Book a table at its al fresco terrace for a night to remember under the starry sky or enjoy the comfort of the air-conditioned indoor dining room with its iron-wrought chairs and warm service.

Fresh ingredients and authenticity are the restaurant’s mainstay. The rustic ambiance of the restaurant goes well with its classic dishes such as Carpaccio Di Manzo, Lasagna al Pollo i Fungi, and Ossobuco. Don’t miss the Risotto Spinaci Con Capensate e Pancetta, a hearty dish of arborio rice, bacon-wrapped scallops, spinach, and a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Find old-world and new-world wine collections in the cellar to pair the dishes. Naturally, no Italian dinner is complete without desserts so you will do well to save some room for the Tiramisu and Panacotta.
