Feast on a progressive six-course menu crafted by award-winning chef Rolf Fliegauf at FIRE. Over two nights on 1 and 2 November, the German-born chef will showcase his flair for creating clean and simple flavours. Taste the result of his constant experiments with ingredients, textures and temperatures. Taking inspiration from his homeland, Nördlingen in Germany, and various cosmopolitan influences, diners can expect delightful dishes, such as Carbineros prawns with cauliflower and jalapeño as well as pan-fried foie gras with beetroot and dimsum, among many other special treats.
Fliegauf’s passion for innovation earned his restaurant the first Michelin star. The 26-year-old earned the honour after only six months of opening Ecco Ascona in Switzerland. He received two more stars for his second restaurant, Ecco St. Moritz.
The intimate dinners will be held on at 6.30pm. Rp950,000/person, inclusive of welcome drink. Due to limited capacity, reservation is highly recommended.
