One Michelin-starred Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin at Bvlgari Resort Bali is known for serving elegant Italian cuisine with a Japanese accent and it ranks No.18 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019 list. If you have yet to pay a visit to this destination diner in Ubud, mark 28 June down.
Luca Fantin will stage a Four Hands dinner with Le Du’s chef-owner Thitid Tassanakajohn (affectionately known as chef Ton). Le Du in Bangkok is also a one Michelin-starred restaurant and takes the No 20 spot on Asia’s 50 Brst Restaurants 2019 list. Thai spices and herbs are the key building blocks of chef Ton’s cuisine and the exclusive eight-course, wine pairing dinner (Rp 3,500,000/person) will feature them in abundance as well locally sourced produce from speciality organic growers in and around central Bali. Fantin will also showcase modern Italian dishes using the fresh produce from the island.
