Explore the richness of Indonesian specialty coffee at Rosé Gourmand Deli

Coffee connoisseurs will be thrilled to taste the latest coffee programme at Rosé Gourmand Deli. The cosy and intimate venue known for its pastries and confectionaries is holding an exclusive coffee tasting experience, highlighting Indonesian  varieties this month. 

Held until 31 October, the exclusive coffee tasting experience are available daily. Each session accommodates only four guests. You can deepen their appreciation and knowledge of Indonesia’s single-origin coffee. The barista will serve guests cups of joes, made from beans from Sulawesi, Sumatra, and Bali. These cups are paired with dark chocolate, berries, and dried fruits to accentuate the aftertaste of the coffee.

In this rare opportunity, you will also learn a pour-over espresso making technique using single-origin beans from the archipelago. The café’s seasoned coffee makers will guide you during the course as you learn how make your own espresso. This session is available daily at the café in three different time slots: 10am, 1pm, and 4pm. Priced at Rp250,000++ per person.

Savour Italian white truffle at J.J.A. restaurant

Settle into J.J.A. restaurant’s intimate and softly-lit setting to savour the tantalising aroma and flavour of the rare white truffle sourced directly from Alba, Italy. The restaurant’s culinary team elevate your dining experience with this potent delicacies, coveted for its deep and complex flavour, in a month-long culinary feast until the end of October. Savour a delicately shaved white truffle in an exclusive five-course set menu and à la carte dishes.

Delightful tea and cakes to mark the Pinktober campaign

To raise awareness on the importance of early detection to prevent breast cancer, the hotel just launched a number of month-long offers in its two outlets. 

The first one is a special Pinktober Afternoon Tea at The Drawing Room. At the lobby lounge, you can enjoy a selection of teas made in partnership with the Dammann Frères brand. Among the limited edition teas available is the Carcadet Pina Colada, a fruit infusion made of a mixture of hibiscus flowers and rosehip, apple, pineapple, and coconut bark. Guests can enjoy these teas with a number of specially crafted appetisers, such as Buttermilk Fried Chicken Truffle and Blackberry and Lavender Roll.

The second one is Choco-Berry Crunch Gateau, a chocolate ganache cake available at its Rosé Gourmand Deli. Created by executive pastry chef Kevin Lee, the cake is made with crunchy dark chocolate with peanut butter flavour. The ingredients spotlight local artisan and food producers such as Jiko and Hyoshi. 

Macallan whisky-inspired cocktails at The St. Regis Bar

The Scottish single-malt whisky brand Macallan is much-loved around the world for its craftsmanship. Its products have a very distinctive flavour and aroma thanks to their exceptional oak casks. The whiskies are sourced, toasted, and seasoned by the brand’s master of wood (80 percent of the whisky’s final character depends on the cask quality).

The St. Regis Bar, which recently made it to the Asia’s 50 Best Bars list sponsored by Perrier, seeks to honour the iconic whisky brand upon the latter’s 200th anniversary by presenting specially crafted cocktails using Macallan. This promo is available daily until 16 October, from 6.30pm onwards. Enjoy your whisky-based cocktail in this dimly-lit and intimate bar, while enjoying jazzy tunes from a live band.

Weekend Brunch Galore at Bel Étage

After grinding through your packed agenda from Monday to Friday, a feast on the weekends with a relaxed brunch with your nearest and dearest is a much needed revelery. Bring them to Bel Étage at The St. Regis Jakarta for a weekend brunch, available on Saturdays and Sundays.

The weekend brunch repast offers sumptuous array of foods. From seafood on ice, outdoor live grill, Italian pasta station, to freshly baked pastries and decadent desserts, indulge in a little feast with your loved ones after going through a hectic week.
