Since its opening last April, Andaz Bali has garnered a following for its laid-back take on luxury, coastal dining experience and eclectic a la carte breakfast. Now, Sanur’s family-friendly resort launches Osteria at Blue Oven and you are invited to taste its vibrant Mediterranean cuisine with Andaz’s unique twist.

Meticulously prepared by chef Sandhy Permana and his team, find thoughtful menu made of small bites, fresh cheese, house-made pasta, flatbreads and dessert.

Blue Oven’s open kitchen and gorgeous wood-fire Beech oven are the heart of the all-day dining restaurant. Calmly decorated with sea-inspired shades of blue, decorative tiles and family-size dining tables, it evokes Mediterranean dining culture where food are meant to be savoured and shared with your nearest and dearest.

Start with Smoked Mozzarella di Bufala (Rp140,000), a simple dish made of prosciutto, basil pesto, aivar, and tapenade. Hearty Pumpkin Tortellini (Rp120,000), Anolini di Parma (Rp140,000) and Flat Bread (Rp100,000) with egg yolk, miso, pecorino, bacon, and black pepper are great for sharing.
