For its Halloween Set Dinner, the nature-enveloped restaurant presents a four-course menu in a warm yet mysteriously lit ambience, where flickering candlelight becomes your closest companion.
The culinary team showcases the season’s finest flavours with every dish, beginning with Gindara Ceviche as the amuse-bouche, offering gindara slices with pickled cucumber to awaken the palate. Follow this with Octopus Roulade, served with fennel, apple salad, and a crustacean vinaigrette for the appetiser. The highlight is Pork Belly, accompanied by tombong (coconut apple), potato ragout in crépinette, and port wine caviar. The eclectic bar is gearing up to host “Cheers to Fears” Halloween celebration, presenting five unique cocktails inspired by famed spooky characters. Crafted by Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort’s ambassadors, every sip of the cocktail entails a spine-chilling drinking experience with bursting flavours.
Sinister Mind by Rommy is a mysterious gin-infused grape cocktail with white crème de cacao, lime, and charcoal powder, inspired by Sinister the movie. The Spooky Clown by Epan channels Pennywise with Bumbung Reposado, beetroot, and pomegranate juices for a spooky sip.
Witch’s Potion by Dibya, inspired by Nenek Lampir, blends tequila, kemangi syrup, and pickled jalapeño. The Fake Smile by Billy mixes selaka arak, melon liqueur, and Angostura bitters, echoing Joker’s chaotic twist. Dark Lanterns by Robert captures a creepy night ambience with a blend of selaka arak, triple sec, and blue curaçao.
