Come early to Tree Bar for an aperitif. During the month of February, the bar has come up with a selection of “Val For You” cocktails for Rp95,000. Whisk your beloved away to the Secret Garden Pool where a white-clothed table and candles awaits. 

The recently appointed chef Syamsul Rizal has prepared a five-course Japanese-inspired tasting menu to seduce your senses. Toro Tar-Tar, a thalassic treat made of chutoro, black caviar and truffle orange ponzu, is the first course of the evening. Chicken Yakitori and Oshitasi Goma paved the way to the fourth course: Wagyu Stockyard Sirloin Red Label. Showcasing his prowess with Japanese cuisine, Rizal  has created a delicious medley of king trumpet mushroom, burnt onion purée, purple sweet potato, sunomono, and shiitake dashi reduction as the fourth course.

Last but not least, sweeten the evening with the Romantic Parfait. Made of white chocolate raspberry, yuzu curd, dehydrated matcha, raspberry rose, and Champagne sorbet, the final course will create a lasting impression for an unforgettable evening. Pair the menu with wine or cocktail selections for a memorable feast for two.
