Wind down after hours with artisanal BUSS N° 509 Author Collection gins ($12/goblet), available exclusively during Take 5 at Mag's (5 to 7pm, Monday to Saturday) at Mag's Wine Kitchen. The range of five craft spirits — Raspberry, Pink Grapefruit, Persian Peach, Elderflower, and White Rain — is the brainchild of a Belgian restaurateur and distilled from pure grains, botanicals, herbs and fruits. Lending subtle pastel hues to the classic gin & tonic and other tipples, each flavour has a distinct profile. For example, the lilac-tinted Elderflower boasts a caramel whiff at the end, while the pristine White Rain imparts spiced, herbal notes with a hint of marjoram. Curb pre-dinner munchies by nibbling on home-cured salmon gravlax, baked goat cheese pomodoro, Jamón serrano and Casalingo salami, compliments of the kitchen when you order a bottle of Leeuwin Estate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon or Shiraz ($65/bottle) from 5 to 7pm. 86 Circular Road.
